4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Shipping Discounts and Free Shipping Threshold

We offer tier-based shipping discounts that apply only to the lowest-priced standard ground shipping option available at checkout.

$199+ CAD $25 discount toward shipping
$300+ CAD Up to $30 maximum shipping discount
$500+ CAD Up to $50 maximum shipping discount

If the lowest-priced standard ground option is less than the maximum discount available for your tier, the discount will be capped at the actual shipping cost.
The shipping discount does not apply to air, express, or expedited shipping services.

Free shipping may be available when the qualified discount fully covers the cost of the lowest-priced standard ground shipping method.

Orders shipped to locations outside Canada do not qualify for free shipping. Certain orders may incur additional charges, including but not limited to shipments classified as overweight, deliveries to rural or remote areas, and international shipments. We reserve the right to adjust orders to reflect any additional shipping costs if the total does not meet the eligibility threshold for discounted or free shipping.


4.2 Limited Liability for Packages

Once a package has been collected by the designated carrier (such as UPS or Canada Post), responsibility for handling and delivery is shared between the customer and the carrier. While we are committed to assisting with any claims, we are not responsible for reimbursement or replacement of shipments that are lost or stolen after they have left our warehouse.

If you have concerns about the safety or handling of your shipment, please contact our customer support team. We will do our best to provide guidance and support throughout the claims process.

4.2.1 Temperature Sensitivity Notice

Products that have been exposed to temperatures below freezing should not be opened for 6–12 hours after receipt to allow them to reach room temperature. Opening frozen items prematurely may cause damage and will not be covered under warranty.


4.3 Shipping Cut-Off Time and Processing

Our daily shipping cut-off time is 3:00 PM MST.

  • Orders received before 3:00 PM MST are processed the same business day.

  • Orders received after 3:00 PM MST are processed the next business day.

  • Orders ship on the business day following processing.

Please note that the above timelines apply to in-stock products only. Orders containing pre-order items, backordered items, custom products, or products temporarily unavailable in inventory are not subject to the standard processing schedule. These orders will be shipped once the applicable products are available.

Delivery times vary based on both the service selected at checkout and the destination. Carrier delays are outside our control and may extend delivery timelines.

Carrier service availability, delivery timelines, and rates may vary depending on destination. We encourage customers to select the service that best suits their needs.


4.5 Order Verification and Reporting

After delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify the contents of the shipment. Any discrepancies must be reported to our sales team within 7 days of delivery.

All damaged, missing, or warranty-related claims must be submitted within 7 days using the online request form available on our website.
